The afternoon tea itself was not bad for the price- four finger sandwiches each, 2 delightful small scones with jams and clotted cream and slightly dissapointing cakes- plain and chocolate mini sponges ( a bit unadventurous) and a sweet espresso type glass with cheesecake in ( delicious and rich) We were offered a top up on the tea by attentive but unobtrusive staff.
